Take these 3 steps to control
over eating

1.Drink a glass of water before eating.
If you drink a glass of water before your meal you will feel full and will not be too hungry to eat a lot.

2. Use a salad plate for your main meal.
The bigger the plate the more you will fill it up. Using smaller plates will train you to eat smaller portions.
Celebrities use this tactic. You can try it too.

3. Give a break half way through your meal.
It is very annoying to get a phone call when you are eating but when you take a break from your meal, you are no longer hungry to finish it.
It only shows that you tend to eat much more than your body’s requirement.
