To start with I must mention that I was the first client Sonam started with. I was always intrigued by the sport of bodybuilding, and was pretty regular with my workouts. I then realized I required goal setting and that I needed a personal trainer to aid, set me on the course. Right then I came across Sonam, and for a moment I was like... (How can a lady help me build muscle) but trust me to my surprise, this woman turned out tough, she will amaze you by her depth in the subject, she is fueled by the sheer drive and motivation to keep you going. Simply put, she has a rub off on whom so ever she trains, and for that sheer reason I decided to become a personal trainer. As a trainer my self, I hold really high in regards and respect.

PS - (FOR GUYS) don’t be deceived by her lean frame and chirpy disposition, trust me if you up for it, she's hard-core.

I have always had a level of reasonable fitness. In 2006 I decided to step-up on my endurance level and set a target to run a full marathon with 6 months of training. I had never done any serious running in my life before and being on the wrong side of age, over 50 years, I decided to train under the supervision of a full time coach. That is how I came across Sonam and Fitness 365.
In a period of 5 months I made quantum progress in my running style, stamina, overall core strength and flexibility. Sonam provided a holistic training that included weight training, water aerobics, interval training, long distance running keeping in mind my diet and supplement needs.
I completed my first Marathon run in good time and enjoyed every moment of preparation.

Sonam came like a breath of fresh thinking into our lives when we shifted to Singapore a couple of years back.
My husband and son are ‘foodies’ who also tend to laze about when it comes to burning the intake of calories. I had heard from a friend about Sonam and I just invited her over for a casual chat with them. That session led to a stage today where even after she has shifted to the US, Bharat is sticking to his exercise regimen and, more important, seems to realize and retain all that she used to keep sharing.
Sonam’s approach is very different in that it’s balanced, practical and fun. She is a hawk-in-a-smiling-Buddha’s-clothing; with a very encouraging attitude and a regimen that is well rounded – it doesn’t get boring. She is a very strict taskmaster, without seeming to be so. And her famous ‘review sessions’ still make us smile – every inch had to be thought over, sheepish admissions made, much laughter and a new resolve. I think that’s what I found totally different about her. She doesn’t come like a stern-faced, totally toned out goddess who looks down upon ‘ye lower humans who sin so often’; she is a very warm, human motivator who partners you and pulls you up when you falter.
